We can bend our rods into U-Bolts with a wide variety of dies.

Our Round-bend dies range from 1-1/4” to 9” wide.

Our Square-bend dies range from 1-1/2” to 8” wide.

Our Semi-Round dies range from 2-1/2” to 5” wide.

Our square and semi-round dies have varying radius options.

Depending on the measurements of U-Bolts requested for quotes, we may have higher MOQs for U-Bolts that require non-stock length rods.

We appreciate tracings, drawings, prints, etc. of special U-Bolt requests so that we can make sure customers get the right size they need.
